Nell Folkens, Broker-in-Charge of Folkens Real Estate, LLC, worked as a real estate paralegal for over 30 years handling thousands of closings. She was also a licensed policy-issuing title insurance agent for 25 years. Her passion for real property transactions led her to become a real estate sales agent and eventually a licensed real estate broker.

Nell brings her extensive real estate experience to her clients as they work together to buy or sell real estate of all kinds – residential, commercial and agricultural.

Nell’s skills in representing buyers and sellers focus on not only negotiating a good deal, but also working to get the deal successfully closed.

She is a member of the Pee Dee Realtor® Association and is currently serving as its Vice-President. She is also a member of its Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and the National Association of Realtors®.

Nell is a lifelong resident of Florence County. She grew up in Olanta and has lived in Sardis, Lake City, and now Florence. She is married to Florence attorney/mediator Karl A. Folkens with Folkens Law Firm, P.A. Karl is also a licensed real estate broker with Folkens Real Estate, LLC.
